Boo had been insisting on dressing like Jessie from ToyStory for weeks prior to our trip to Texas. She would call Grandma and Granddad and tell them that she needed an outfit like Jessie. She needed boots, pants and a shirt. Most of all she needed the red hat. Well my parents ordered her a red hat and promised to take her shopping for cowgirl clothes as soon as she got to Texas. Two days after we arrived that's just what we did. Boo was on a mission when we stepped into that store. She quickly located boots that she liked, and soon followed it up with pants and a shirt. She was a little disappointed when we told her that they didn't have Jessie's exact shirt, but she got over it when she saw the sparkly pink one on the rack. She found a pink belt with even more bling and her outfit was complete.
Mr. R and Hiccup were not about to be left out. We outfitted Hiccup in Texas A&M boots, I have to say I was sad they didn't come in my size, and Mr. R found some Spiderman boots he insisted on buying. Mr. R also bought a belt, some Wranglers and a shirt. His outfit was nice and plain, nothing flashy. The boots were more than enough "flash"...

Now our kids are ready for anything Texas can throw at them!
